Simple and minimalistic lines with a tight cylindrical saucer for an intriguing new and even more graphical look. Perfection is achieved when there is nothing left to take away from a design.  story

Bergs Potter’s pots are created in Tuscany, handmade with love since 1942.

During one of the bleakest periods of World War II, Victor Berg inherited a ceramics shop on Rantzausgade in the Nørrebro neighborhood of Copenhagen. Victor, an eager young accountant wanted to bring a bit of life and color into the war depressed lives of his fellow Copenhageners. He decided the best way to do so would be to add flowers to the shop. The unique combination of fresh flowers and aged ceramics soon made the store a popular place to visit and shop. The third generation fell in love with a truly special tanned beauty terracotta, they frequently visited tuscany to explore the world of different clay qualities, colors and shapes. They learn to understand the materials history and behavior, but first to understand the Italian people themselves who had been crafting the clay for generations.

After 75 years, Bergs Potter's wares are still created with love in Tuscany and still lives on from one generation to the next.

Bergs take pride in the beauty and strength of their pots which are made from premium clay which improves with age. A subtle silicone treatment means they are also completely waterproof.
