4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the contact details provided at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

Customers have the legal right to return most items within 14 days of receiving the order. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
• Sale items are final unless defective or damaged on arrival.

6. Repairs

We offer free repairs on leather goods within one year of purchase for manufacturing faults. After that, repairs are available for a small fee. Contact info@artisanstorieslondon.co.uk for more information.
