Welcome and thank you for your interest in becoming a wholesale partner with Artisan Stories London. Please review our terms carefully. By registering and placing an order, you agree to the following:

Minimum Order Requirement

The minimum wholesale order value is £350 for in-stock products. Orders below this amount will not be processed.

Order Payment

Full payment is required prior to shipment. Payment details are provided on the invoice. We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other agreed methods.
Wholesale partners can place and pay for orders directly online through our wholesale portal for a quicker checkout experience.

Made-to-Order & Pre-Orders

For custom-made or pre-order items, a deposit may be required. Production times typically range from 6 to 10 weeks, depending on the order size and season. Full payment is due before production begins.

Shipping & Delivery

• In-stock items are dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on destination.

• Tracking information will be provided once shipped.

Shipping Rates:

• UK: Flat rate £15

• Europe & USA: Flat rate £30

• Free shipping for orders over £500 (UK) or £1,000 (Europe & USA)

• Rest of the world: Please contact us for a shipping quote

Returns & Damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Any damages or discrepancies must be reported within 5 days with supporting photos. We will offer replacements, store credit, or refunds where appropriate.

Product Variations

As our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, size, and finish are normal and should be considered part of their unique charm.

Resale & Usage

Products must be sold under the Artisan Stories London brand unless prior written approval is obtained. Resale or distribution outside your authorized channels is prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All designs, trademarks, and images remain the intellectual property of Artisan Stories London. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Pricing & Promotions

Wholesale prices are confidential and intended solely for authorized partners. Promotional discounts or special offers require prior approval.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved amicably or through appropriate legal channels.

Termination of Partnership

We reserve the right to terminate wholesale accounts that violate these terms or engage in unethical practices.
